Employers who qualify for Phase II are required to complete an employee opinion survey, interviews with senior management and HR, as well as employee focus groups. Subsequently, the judging panel will decide on the list of winners.
Winners of the TA Award will be unveiled at an Awards Ceremony in November 2018.
